Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking services.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to misuse our services, including unauthorized sharing, commercial exploitation, or modifying the images or content without permission.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the use of our services and content.

4. Copyright and Ownership

All images and content provided by Cedar & Ivy Images are owned by Cedar & Ivy Images and are protected by copyright laws. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use images for personal purposes. Commercial use or resale of images is prohibited unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

5. Sharing Images on Social Media

If you share images provided by Cedar & Ivy Images on social media, you are encouraged to tag our accounts:

Please avoid applying additional filters or editing to maintain the original quality and integrity of the images.

6. Payment Terms

Payments is due upfront unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your session.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. Sessions must be cancelled 72 hours in advance for a 50% refund otherwise the payment is forfeited. Cedar & Ivy Images reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, illness, or emergencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cedar & Ivy Images will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, and disruption of events.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any personal information collected during your interactions with Cedar & Ivy Images will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

Cedar & Ivy Images reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
